My debt clients are businesses that specialize in debt consolidation. When a consumer has gotten to a point in life where debt is unbearable, these company's give them an alternative to filing for bankruptcy a long as they have a certain type and amount of debt. The goal was/is to increase consumer awareness and create a digital marketing plan for the businesses, increase paid traffic and build funnels that will drive high intent consumers to the offers they have.

Understanding The Problem

The problems faced were adapting to the online landscape in the down market due to the pandemic and reaching qualified consumers that had the debt loads targeted but that could afford the services. Using the knowledge and resources I have, I implemented some of the following for this particular client for long term growth:

With the power and influence of social media, online traffic increased worldwide due to the lockdown. This meant that there was opportunity for growth and success because less distractions and the fear of job loss was real. What these 3 different clients provided was a perfect fit in the climate.

User-generated content encouraged followers to interact and search for outlets that could be a plan A or B for some. We just had to get in front of the client for them. So i had to get the searching and consumers that had the concerns in there mind but had not acted to do so.

With the implementation of highly targeted inbound traffic generation with "TOFU, MOFU, BOFU" optimization with a few strategies such as: AI, Call Center Agents, Call Tracking IVR, and others implemented we where able to generate these results on a average weekly basis.
